Drift with KnobShift on the iPad

Drift is one of Ableton Live’s own devices. KnobShift shows it on the iPad through the KnobShift Remote Script when you select it in Live.

How to control Drift from the iPad

Ableton Live

  1. In Ableton Live, select KnobShiftRemote as a control surface (Settings → Link, Tempo & MIDI).
  2. Select Drift on a track – its controls appear on the iPad.

The remote script has been tested against a simulated Live API. Reports from real Live sets help us confirm it.
