The surface itself. Runs on iPadOS 17 or later.
Mac bridge
Menu-bar companion, bridge plugins (AU and VST3) for Logic and other hosts, and the remote script for Ableton Live.
No Mac package is published right now. Check back soon.
Allow it once – here’s how
The bridge is a test release and not yet notarized by Apple, so macOS blocks it the first time. Allowing it takes a minute:
- Double-click the package. macOS says it can’t be checked – click “Done”.
- Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and scroll down.
- Click “Open Anyway” next to the blocked package and confirm with your Mac password.
Uninstall
Open Terminal and enter:
sudo "/Library/Application Support/KnobShift/uninstall.sh"
